How can I review my results?

After creating an ICP, there are key parameters to check to ensure the right companies are shown as results.

Written by Fabian Matthies

Once your first ICP is activated, the first five companies are automatically presented. You can find these results in the Outreach section. Before starting your outreach, review the following points carefully:

Deep Research Summary

The Deep Research Summary provides a brief overview of why a company might be relevant for outreach via email, LinkedIn, or phone.

• This assessment is based on the criteria defined in your ICP as well as identified signals and pain points.
• The summary helps you quickly determine whether the company generally fits your target profile.

Pain Points and Signal Indicators

Here you can understand which pain points the research is based on and the data sources used to identify them.

• Initially, you will see a general assessment.
• Click the question mark for a detailed view (if publicly available data sources are used) to trace the origin of the signals.

Contacts

It is crucial to check whether the role of the contact matches your ICP target.

• The role should correspond to the target persona defined in your ICP.
• If the role does not fit, adjust your ICP before continuing with outreach.

Messaging

Ensure the messaging aligns with your defined guidelines. Pay attention not only to the content but also to:

• Correct salutation (e.g., formal vs. informal)
• Appropriate subject line
• Tone that fits your ICP and target market

When all points are correct, you can continue researching the next companies.

Note:
If the results do not match what is defined in your ICP sheet, please contact our support team. They will help identify the issue and optimize your results.
