As soon as you activate an ICP (Ideal Customer Profile), our system automatically starts the so-called Deep Research process. Based on the criteria defined in your ICP, we search for suitable companies and contacts that closely match your target profile.
In some cases, however, you may see companies in your company list but no matching contacts or no relevant pain points. There can be several reasons for this:
• Companies found, but no suitable contacts
• Companies that match your ICP do exist, but no relevant decision-makers or contact persons could be identified for your outreach campaign.
• Companies found, but no relevant pain points
The companies match your ICP criteria, but currently no pain points or signals have been detected that indicate a concrete need or buying intent.
Monthly token limit reached
If your monthly token limit has already been used up, the system is unable to generate new contacts.
In this case, please reach out to a support team member. In general, it is possible to increase your token limit for an additional fee in order to regain full access to all features.
