How do I create an ICP?

This article explains how to create an Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) in our system, using either existing or new reference customers.

Creating an ICP from existing reference customers

If you want to create an ICP from reference customers already in the system, follow these steps:
• Tell the agent that you want to create a new ICP from existing reference customers
• The agent will automatically guide you to the ICP Agent

Creating an ICP with new reference customers

If you want to use new reference customers, these must first be added so the agent can access them.

• You can view your currently saved reference customers here.

Recommended workflow:

  1. Command the agent: “Please guide me to the Reference Customer Agent”

  2. Command the agent: “Add URLs of reference customers”

  3. Command the agent: “Switch to ICP generation to segment these customers”

  4. Define which ICP the reference customers should be added to

  5. Command the agent: “Please create ICP 3”

Important note

• Decide which reference customers you want to use first, add them, and then proceed to the ICP Enrichment Agent
• This ensures that your ICP is created correctly and optimized for segmentation
