Would you like to export your existing LinkedIn contacts – for example, to import them into Honeysales or another tool?
No problem! LinkedIn allows you to request a copy of your data, including your contacts.
✅ How to export your LinkedIn contacts:
Go to your LinkedIn homepage and click on your profile icon at the top.
From the dropdown menu, select "Settings & Privacy".
In the left-hand menu, go to "Data privacy".
Scroll down to the section "How LinkedIn uses your data" and click
👉 "Get a copy of your data".Choose the option "Download larger data archive" – this will include:
Your connections
Endorsements
Address book contacts
Account history
And more data based on your profile and activity.
Click on "Request archive".
📩 You will receive an email to your primary LinkedIn address. It will contain a link to download your data archive.
⚠️ Important notes:
Not all email addresses will be included.
You will only see the email addresses of connections who have allowed their email to be visible/downloadable.Character limitations:
CSV and vCard formats do not support extended character sets such as Chinese, Japanese, or Hebrew.Only direct connections can be exported.
You cannot export lists containing people who are not your 1st-degree connections.If you're merging accounts:

When uploading your exported CSV file into the Honeysales app, make sure to adjust the column headers to match the format required by Honeysales. This ensures a smooth and error-free import process.
