Settings in the Outreach Hub

This article explains how the settings within the Outreach Hub are used

In the Settings of your Outreach Hub, you can connect your LinkedIn and Email accounts and configure various settings around your Outreach.

Connecting your LinkedIn account

It’s time to link your LinkedIn account to honeysales Outreach Hub. This step lets you unlock all of honeysales Outreach Hub’s awesome features! 🔗

  • Click on Connect button next to LinkedIn option

Select the Right Proxy

  • When connecting LinkedIn, choose a proxy location that matches where you normally access LinkedIn. This keeps everything smooth and consistent.

If you’ve got your own proxies, no worries – simply add them under the ‘Custom Proxy’ section. 🔄

Finalizing Your LinkedIn Connection

  • After selecting your proxy, go ahead and enter your LinkedIn subscription type along with your LinkedIn email and password. 📧 If a PIN is needed, enter it to wrap up the connection.

Connecting your Email accounts

Now, it’s time to add & connect your emails to honeysales Outreach Hub in just a few clicks. Here’s the step-by-step guide 👇

  1. Go to your Settings > Email settings.

2. Then, click on the Add button. You’ll get this pop-up immediately.

3. Choose your email provider and the email account you’d like to add. You can even use Custom connection templates if you want to Connect to Gmail or Outlook via custom SMTP or some other email provider. Make sure to give all permissions to your email provider and continue. You’ll be redirected back to honeysales Outreach Hub, and the new email will be listed under your Email accounts.

💡 Pro tip 1: Set up a different signature for each email account you add. This will add up to personalization and better deliverability.

💡 Pro tip 2: Set your Campaign settings for optimal outreach with honeysales Outreach Hub. We recommend setting your Daily campaign limit to 30 and the minimum waiting time to be 5-10 minutes.
