If you are unable to save your sequence, it is usually because there is no corresponding placeholder for your shortcode/token. In this article, we explain how to ensure that the shortcode is inserted correctly.
Solution Steps
Check the Message
Open the message where the shortcode is supposed to be used.Place the shortcode within in the message
Add a Placeholder
Scroll below the section of the message, where the shortcodes are all displayed. Under the shortode there is a line where you have to insert a simple character (e.g., an "x") as a placeholder.Maybe this video also help: Video
