Ready to level up your outreach? Honeysales Campaigns’ Smart Sequence feature lets you create dynamic campaigns step-by-step. Choose your campaign type, build custom sequences with drag-and-drop tools, and set targeted actions and conditions—all to elevate your networking. Ready to drive results? Start crafting dynamic campaigns today and make every interaction count! 🚀
Step 1: Kickstart Your Campaign 🎬
First up, head over to the Campaigns dashboard on honeysales Campaigns. Look for the ‘Create’ button in the upper right corner and give it a click. It’s your first step to something great!
Step 2: Select Your Campaign Type 🌐
You’ll land on a new page where it’s time to make some choices:
Pick the type of campaign you want to run.
Decide how you’ll find your leads: using a search URL or a CSV file.
Name your campaign—make it snappy!
Select the connection degree if available.
Honeysales Campaigns's smart enough to recognize the type of connection and campaign based on your previous choices!
Step 3: Understand Campaign Types 🔍
There are 6 campaign types to choose from:
At this current moment, you will need choose CSV and upload the CSV file that you have received from us during the onboarding process.
Choose 'keep duplicates' after uploading the CSV.
Step 4: Setting Up Your Campaign ⚙️
Click ‘Next’ to proceed to the setup page. Need more info on these options? There’s a handy link for extra guidance.
Step 5: Craft Your Smart Sequence 🧩
After configuring your campaign, hit ‘Next’ to reach the sequence builder page. Here’s where the magic happens! You can either pick from Templates or create your own.
On the right side, you’ll find elements and conditions. For detailed explanations, just click here.
Step 6: Drag, Drop, Connect 🖱️
Building your campaign is a breeze with the drag-and-drop method.
Select the action you want and drag it onto the white dashboard.
Connect all actions and conditions with a string—think of it as drawing your roadmap to success.
If you want to add the subject line or message generated within our honeysales to your sequence, you need to add the snippets 'hsMessageSubject' or 'hsMessageBody' to your message.
And add 'x' as a variable under 'hsMessageBody replacement' and 'hsMessageSubject replacement. This is important for technical reasons. Our tool replace will replace the variable with the desired subject line and message.
