Getting started with Campaigns in the Outreach Hub

Learn how to get started with your Campaigns for the Signal Hub and for cold outreach purely in the Outreach Hub.

Campaigns in the Outreach Hub can be used in two separate ways:

  1. You require a campaign to contact prospects from the Signal Hub, which leans into hyper-personalized outreach.

  2. You should build further cold outbound campaigns, which lean more into speed and volume.

Getting started with your Campaign for the Signal Hub:

Make sure the Campaign is turned on:

Click on the Campaign and go to Edit Campaign:

Click into each action and adjust the follow-up messages for all steps after the first message:

Remark: The first email message contains the tokens {{hsMessageSubject}} and {hsMessageBody}} which is where your subject lines and messages generated in the Signal Hub will be placed.

Make sure that your Email accounts are selected in your campaign, so that your email steps will actually be executed and your mails get sent:

Once you have your campaign set up in the Outreach Hub, you will be able to use it and send messages to your prospects in the Signal Hub:

Creating Cold Outreach Campaigns

Next to the signal-based outreach, honeysales allows you to create cold outreach campaigns based on various lead sources, leaning more into speed and volume. Your available lead sources are:
